I can't do this. I want to go home.

Hang in there E-Claire.

No need to stress, I read your last blog post shortly after you had posted it. I wanted to be a hero and come up with some sweet ideas that would make your art project seem like a breeze to you, but I'm not that crafty.

In fact the project sounds like a bit of BS to me, just because it's 6 different pieces of work on the same part of town. I'm not even sure if these are like drawings or not. But perhaps like you said you can contrast how the city changes in the night and it goes from tie wearing business men to un-buttoned shirts party-goers at night. Maybe this part of town has some older buildings that would be interesting, especially if they stick out in an up and coming area.

...I really don't know who I am kidding trying to give advice to an art student.

The important thing is not to tailspin. A teacher won't fault you for trying, especially an Art teacher. Creativity is only creativity if it's unique. If it conforms to someone elses ideas/standards then it's not really art.

Just give it a shot, and if they criticize you for it, well atleast at the end of the day you can say you tried.

It's not worth giving up on, otherwise you wouldn't have gone back to school.
